Freudhammer was a popular Cornwall band that played at the live venues throughout Eastern Ontario in the 1990's, including Barrymore's in Ottawa.
The band featured John Earle (vocals and guitar), Jeff Coombe (guitar), Joel Labrosse (bass) and Jeb Bond (drums). Freudhammer released one CD, called First Bjorn. The band disbanded in the latter part of the decade.
Earle is now a filmmaker, while Labrosse and Bond are still active in area bands (the Shiners and Evil Farm Children respectively).
